the payment for. |

For Website access, the employer will have to register their profile in our site
www.velai4u.com. The contact information given by the subscriber for access should be the same and the subscriber cannot give multiple contact
information/data for the purpose of access. |

Velai4u.com acts as a bridge between the employers and the candidates.Velai4u.com is not involved in the actual
transaction between employers and candidates. |

The employer is solely responsible for the maintenance of confidentiality of and
the User's password and user identification and all activities and transmission performed by the User through User identification. |

The employer shall use the database of Velai4u.com exclusively and only for the
purpose of Employment. The User shall not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose including without limitation
criminal purposes. They are not allowed to use the information for any other
purpose other than employment.If found out that they are using or used the information for any other purpose they shall
be liable for strict action in addition to the cancellation of the
subscription.

Velai4u.com offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response
or any response at all through the access of the database of candidates. |

Velai4u.com shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the
subscriber and it shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to check,
authenticate and verify the information/response received at its own cost and
expense. |

Velai4u.com will not be in any way responsible for the critical loss of any
information supplied to the employer. |

Our services will commence with the receipt of the fees/ charges from the
subscriber.Photocopying charges will be
additional for getting the hardcopy of the database. |

Velai4u.com reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data
provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason either before uploading
or after uploading the vacancy details, but in such an eventuality, any amount
so paid for, shall be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole
discretion of Velai4u.com. |

The subscriber shall not use / circulate / forward a person's resume hosted on
the velai4u.com site or the CD/Hardcopy of the database given to them.

The employer does not claim any intellectual property rights over the database
access given to them. |
| 13 |
Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from and related to this agreement shall be only at
Coimbatore India.
